Pendekatan Simulasi Virtual Reality Dalam Pendidikan Keperawatan Lansia - Systematic Review

Abstract
Pelayanan keperawatan pada lansia sangat penting, dan peran perawat yang kompeten menjadi krusial. Salah satu metode untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam merawat lansia adalah melalui pemanfaatan teknologi Virtual Reality (VR). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi pendekatan simulasi VR dalam pendidikan keperawatan lansia melalui Systematic Review. Sumber data berasal dari ScienceDirect, Pubmed, CINAHL, dan Google Scholar. Kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi menggunakan PICO, mulai tahun 2018 hingga 2022. Dari 2241 artikel diidentifikasi, 46 artikel terpilih, dan 24 artikel dianalisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi VR signifikan meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa, termasuk keterampilan klinis, kepercayaan diri, dan pemahaman anatomi fisiologis lansia. Simulasi VR efektif dalam pengajaran kebersihan oral, pencegahan pusing dan jatuh, aktivitas daily living. Selain itu, teknologi in juga membantu mengajarkan teknik relaksasi untuk mencegah stress dan depresi. Integrasi VR ke kurikulum pendidikan tinggi keperawatan memberikan pengalaman berharga bagi mahasiswa dalam merawat lansia, sementara pelatihan tambahan bagi dosen memperkaya pendekatan pengajaran.
